Registration questions, answered
Can I register as an individual therapist?
Yes. Choose the “1 therapist” option and complete the checkout to reserve your clinical seat. You’ll receive a confirmation email and any available course logistics and CEU documentation. If you have special scheduling or accessibility needs, contact us before registering so we can help.
How do group discounts work for 2+ therapists?
If you’re enrolling two or more therapists, select the “2+ therapists” option to receive the group rate. You can register teammates together in one checkout (recommended) or coordinate with us if your facility needs separate payments or an invoice.
Is my seat guaranteed once I register?
Your seat is reserved once payment is successfully submitted and you receive a confirmation email. Because lab space and hands-on stations are limited, we recommend registering early—especially for weekend intensives with extensive practicum time.
What’s included with my registration (CEUs and materials)?
Registration includes access to the full seminar, hands-on lab/practicum components, and applicable CEU documentation for the course. Many courses also include a downloadable syllabus/CEU guide—if you don’t see it, email us and we’ll send what’s available.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
In most cases, yes—registrations can be transferred to another clinician from your clinic or facility. Email us with the original registrant name and the replacement attendee’s details, and we’ll confirm the update and any requirements tied to accreditation reporting.
I’m a student or assistant—can I attend?
Often, yes. Our seminars are designed for CHT, OT, and PT clinicians, but we also welcome assistants and students when appropriate. If you’re unsure whether a specific course matches your scope or experience level, reach out and we’ll guide you to the best fit.
